We offer three spacious houses, two have 5 bedrooms and one has 4 bedrooms, ideally suited for students attending UWE Hartpury College or University of Gloucestershire, and situated in a safe environment close to Gloucester city centre and near to city bus routes.
All of our houses offer private off road parking, private rear gardens and gas central heating.
The houses are fitted with contemporary Ikea furnishings, comfortable sofa’s and study areas. All bedrooms have double beds and wardrobe/storage space. The 5 bed houses have 2 shower rooms each and the 4 bedroom house has a newly fitted bathroom with separate shower.
All of the five bedroomed houses have been inspected by Gloucester City Council and are HMO inspected and approved. We are a private landlord and have been successfully renting our properties in Gloucester for over 15 years.

Robinswood Gardens
Close to Robinswood Hill and situated in a quiet residential area which is both peaceful and safe.
We have two houses in the same road a few doors from each other, both similar styles.
A corner shop is close by and the main bus route into the centre is a short walk away.
Situtated approx 7 miles from Hartpury College Campus and 2 miles from Gloucester railway station and centre.
Hawthorne Avenue
A modern detached 4 bedroom house close to bus stops to and from Gloucester city centre, the railway station and local shops. The house has ample private parking with further parking across the road.
